4X4 BUGGY RIDE CONCIERGE SERVICE AT NATURE DOMES

 4x4 Buggy Service

**** BOOKING IN ADVANCE 2HR PRIOR BEFORE ARRIVAL, NEED TO BOOK IN TIME COLLECTION. *****

 For guests driving 2x2 vehicles, complimentary buggy pickup and drop-off are included in your dome booking. Additional use of the 4x4 buggy outside of arrival and departure will incur a charge. Please note, if there's a call-out request for the buggy, a call-out fee and buggy fee will apply as an additional charge.

Pet Stay Amenities at Nature Domes Amenities Included: 

 Please BYO Pet Bedding: To ensure your pet is cozy, comfort during your stay.​

Food & Water Bowls: We provide bowls for convenient feeding.

 Outdoor Pet Playground: Access to a safe and spacious area for play and exercise.

 Pet-Sitting Services: Available upon request for extra care and companionship. ​​

Please make sure all pets remain on lead unless in permitted leash free areas, this is to look after the wildlife and farm animals on site.

 Fees: • Daily Pet Stay Fee:

$ 30 per night

• Pet-Sitting Services: $10 per hour 

Concierge Services

Our team is available to assist with any needs, from activity bookings to special requests. 

To even helping book private tours or SPA treatments on site. 

PARKING

• Parking: Free on-site parking for all guests

* Each dome has private parking area Infront of the domes. 

There is also Parking available at the Front gate should guest seek to the optional 4x4 Buggy Ride service.

* The Greenhouse Events Building also has 30 car spaces also

for large events.

Bus Parking is also available at front gate and The Greenhouse Pavilion.
