Where can we park?
Free on-site parking is available for guests, with private parking in front of the domes. Parking is also available at the front gate for guests using the optional 4x4 buggy service. The Greenhouse Events Building has 30 car spaces, with bus parking at the front gate and The Greenhouse Pavilion.
How does the 4x4 buggy service work?
For guests driving 2x2 vehicles, complimentary buggy pickup and drop-off on arrival and departure are included in your dome booking. Please book your collection time in advance, at least two hours before arrival. Additional buggy use is charged separately; call-out requests incur a call-out fee and buggy fee.
Can we bring our pet?
Pet stays are available for an additional fee of $60 per night. Please bring your pet’s bedding; food and water bowls are provided. An outdoor pet playground is available, and pet-sitting can be requested at $15 per hour. Pets must remain on a lead unless in a permitted leash-free area, to protect wildlife and farm animals.
Can you help arrange an experience?
Our team can assist with activity bookings, special requests, private tours and on-site spa treatments. Activities, spa treatments and breakfast hampers are optional extras. Follow the accommodation booking link, select your accommodation, then add your extras.
